Grilled Corn Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 ears of corn on the cob, husks removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups baby heirloom tomatoes, chopped (may sub cherry tomatoes)
- ½ medium red onion, diced
- ¼ cup basil leaves, roughly chopped
Dressing:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
