- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Icing:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
